Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- patients diagnosed with DDR, DDL, or DDww with a minimum age of 18 years. 2- Patients who failed a previous conservative (medical) treatment and did not receive any previous arthrocentesis or arthroscopic attempts.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- patients with any systemic condition that affects healing, such as diabetes mellitus, malignancies, blood dyscrasias, immune diseases, previous or concurrent radiotherapy or chemotherapy, smoking, etc. 2- Patients diagnosed with disc displacement with reduction with intermittent locking 34 or degenerative joint disease 34.
