Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First stroke ( between 6 moths and 5 years) 2. age 40-70 years old 3. Fugl Meyer assessment of Upper extremities (FMA-UE) score between 19 and 58 4. MMSE Thai 2002 at least 17 scores
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. musculoskeletal problems or other neurological diseases that limit upper limb movement 2. Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) of shoulder adductor, elbow flexor and wrist flexor more than 3 scores
