Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Parents without a physician documented mental health problems 2. Parents with a Thai Mental Health Index-15 score less than 43 (lower mental health) or Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) score 5-14 (mild to moderate depression) or Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) score 5-14 (mild to moderate anxiety) 3. Parent of children without neurodevelopmental disabilities who have a history of receiving intervention or medications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Parents with visual or hearing impairment 2. Parents who cannot understand Thai language
