Receiving 50 mg (10 ml) of bupivacaine plus 100 mcg of adrenaline (0.1 ml) diluted in normal saline up to 20 ml for TAP block.,Receiving 25 mg (5 ml) of bupivacaine plus 100 mcg of adrenaline (0.1 ml)

18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ESRD patients who undergoing KT recipients. 2. Age at least 18 years old 3. American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA PS) classification III-IV
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of chronic pain 2. History of using analgesic medication within 24 hours 3. Long term usage of antidepressants, antipsychotics, anticonvulsant, clonidine at least 3 months 4. Known allergy to any study drugs 5. Pregnancy or lactation 6. Contraindicated for TAP block such as coagulopathy, skin infection 7. Unable or refusal to use IV PCA
