Conditions

One of the most common symptoms of knee osteoarthritis is pain and loss of joint flexibility. The bone could be deformed if the symptom is not treated properly. Lily leaves are commonly used for pain relief by using as an ingredient in Traditional Thai medicine. Lily leaves were heated and used as herbal medicine to wrap around the knee thereby reducing the inflammation and pain. Interventions

All Subjects will receive standard treatment of knee osteoarthritis plus the spray as the add-on. 48 randomized participants of placebo arm will use a spray-base product without an active ingredient

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Knee OA stage 2,3 2. Chronic knee pain (at least 1 month) 3. No acute inflammation 4. Be able to walk witout caregiver/walking stick 5. No history of an accident/falls causing knee injuries for at least 1 month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee OA with CNS and/or spinal cord malfunction 2. Knee OA from bone trauma, bone fractures 3. OA with multiple joint pain
