Parents of the research participants will receive a physical therapy program presented as an animation and sent through the Line program. This program will consist of the following steps A simple asse
s standing balance ability will guide the selection of an appropriate program based on the infant&#039
s developmental level. Consequently, different infants may receive distinct initial programs. Parents will be provided with an animated manual containing explanations of stimulation gestures, along wi
s response, ensuring their understanding of the stimulation. Agreement will be reached regarding the timing and frequency of stimulation. Parents must engage in stimulation for a minimum of 45 minutes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infant of Thai nationality, with an actual age of 9 months SD 10 days. 2. Born at a gestational age of less than 37 weeks (for premature infants). 3. Able to sit independently without support for no more than 3 seconds. 4. Scores 9 or 10 on the assessment of the newborn's condition at 5 minutes after birth. 6. Has not received physical therapy or initial treatment before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe congenital abnormalities. 2. Presence of congenitally deformed joints. 3. Recent surgical history. 4. Presence of an unstable medical condition. 5. Presence of vision problems (inability to focus on objects). 6. Presence of hearing problems (inability to respond to calls).
