Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthcare managers: Hospital administrators with a cesarean section rate of more than 20 percent Physicians 1. An obstetrician who performs a cesarean section for pregnant women. 2. Obstetricians working in hospitals with a more than 20 percent cesarean section rate. Pregnant women 1. Pregnant women who consented to sign up to participate in the research. 2. Being a Thai person, able to listen and understand Thai language well
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. No caesarean section provided in the hospital 2. Obstetricians who do not perform caesarean section
