Interventions

Isotonic exercise + Isometric exercise 1. Isotonic exercise: grip strengthener : count 1-10 x 10 :3 set per day 2. Isometric exercise: Patong ball : count 1-10 x 10 :3 set per day ,Hand stress ball

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Chronic kidney disease stage 3-5 whom plan to hemodialysis Age >18 yrs old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. small native vessel (artery<1.6 mm, vein < 1.8 mm) 2. Need urgent dialysis (in 8 weeks) 3. Age < 18 yrs old 4. History of AVF in same extremity
