Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years to 45 years 2.single pregnant woman 3. GDM is diagnosed by the 100g Oral Glucose Tolerance Test OGTT. 4. Availability of devices such as smartphones, tablets, computers with webcams. 5. Availability of email and stable internet connection. 6.Need help/support participating via video call 7. Can record blood sugar level values
