Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or Female 18-75 years old, 2. Tympanic membrane perforation with dry status at least 3 months, 3. perforation size > 25%,4. Thai people
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous tympanoplasty, 2. Tympanic membrane perforation with ossicular chain involvement ( Air-Bone gap > 30 dB, 3. Tympanic membrane perforation with cholesteatoma, 4. Tympanic membrane perforation with middle ear tumor
