Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged more than 18 years old diagnosed with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. 2. No other concomittent malignancy, or cured for more than 5 years. 3. Born in the northeastern part of Thailand

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who diagnosed with Hepatocellular cholangiocarcinoma 2. Current users of drug/substanced affected to gut microbiota or history of use within 14 days e.g. antibiotics , proton pump inhibitor, probiotics product, Ursodeoxycholic Acid 3. Have specific eating pattern 4. Cannot obtain fecal sample or not enough sample for analysis
