Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 55-80 years old 2. KL 3-4 3. Primary Total Knee Arthroplast 4. Willing to join research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to Steroids, NSAIDs, Morphine, Paracetamol, Gabapentinoids, or Codeine 2. GFR less than 30 mL/min/1.73m2 3. DM with HbA1C > 8 mg% 4. Previous Steroids used regularly or continuous over 1 month 5. cannot anaesthetised by spinal block alone 6. not willingly to join the research
