Conditions

All neonatal intensive care unit patients in Ramathibodi hospital who will be obtained umbilical catheters Realtime ultrasound, umbilical catheters, ultrasound assessment

Interventions

In this group, after finishing insertion by formula, we will use realtime ultrasonography to evaluate tip position of umbilical catheters before confirmation by x-ray. Then evaluate malposition events

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All neonatal patients in Ramathibodi hospital and who will be obtained umbilical catheters 2. Inform consent will be obtained from parents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital structural heart disease 2. Anomalies of airways, chest wall and abdomen 3. Unstable vital signs before perform US* 4. Patients without informed consent
