Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 or above years old 2. Interstitial lung disease diagnosed by pulmonologist 3. no exacerbation in the past 3 months 4. Modified Medical Research Council dyspnea scale 2 or more 5. No supplemental oxygen therapy needed
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Unstable cardiac condition in the past month (unstable angina, myocardial infarction, symptomatic severe aortic stenosis, unstable cardiac arrhythmias, decompensated heart failure) 2. Other pulmonary disease that might affect outcome (recent pneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis, , chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, bronchiectasis, lung cancer, pleural effusion, pneumothorax) 3.Need supplemental oxygen therapy during rest or exercise 4. Disability in musculoskeletal or neurological system causing unable to walk 5. Undergone structured exercise program during past 12 months
