Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: diabetic foot ulcer patients, ulcers classified as grade 1 to 3 according to the Wagner classification system, receiving regular wound care, absence of granulation tissue in the wound (if present, covering < 10% of the wound base), willingness to participate as a respondent, and aged 18 years or older but less than 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria include patients in an emergency condition, patients who are uncooperative in the study, and patients with comorbidities that impede wound healing.
