Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Aged18 -75 year 2 ASA physical status I - III 3 Defining CRS + bilateral FESS
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with clinically significant cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic or neurologic disease. 2 Allergy to bupivacaine, lidocaine, or epinephrine 3 Potentially increased anesthetic or analgesic requirements (e.g. chronic alcohol or opioid use) 4 Taking over the-counter pain medications within 48 hours of scheduled surgery 5 Patients who are unable to understand the questionnaires or the visual analog scale (VAS) pain scores 6 Pregnancy 7 Patient requiring additional procedures involving septum, rhino or turbinate were excluded
