Preterm infants born in-hospital with a gestational age of equal to or less than 34 weeks who receive human milk for more than 50% of their enteral feeding volume, which must account for at least 80%

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Preterm infants with GA not more than 34 weeeks 2. Preterm infants who receive human milk more than 50% of their enteral feeding volume, which must account for at least 80 percent of the total volume. 3. Healthy mothers of preterm infants who can provide adequate human milk

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Infants born with major abnormalities or congenital gastrointestinal tract diseases that could potentially impair growth or preclude optimal enteral feeding 2.Preterm infants with length of hospital stay less than 7 days
