Balance impairment in Chronic neck pain patients subclinical neck pain

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subclinical neck pain with recurrent neck pain and low-grade of neck dysfunction for at least three months 2. Age of 20-69 years 3. BMI less than 30 kg/m2 4. Mild to moderate pain on the visual analog scale (VAS=5-74 mm) 5. Good cooperation and communication in the Thai language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of visual, auditory, vestibular, or neurological deficits (Field et al., 2008; Wah et al., 2021) 2. History of whiplash associated disorder and/or head/neck injuries (Suvarnnato et al., 2019) 3. History of previous cervical or thoracic spinal surgery due to traumatic injuries or surgical interventions of the spine or lower limbs within the prior year (Wah et al., 2021) 4. Medical conditions that could affect balance negatively for example inner ear problem, vertigo, stroke, head injury or etc. (Iverson & Koehle, 2013; Wah et al., 2021) 5. Chronic musculoskeletal diseases, fractures and injury of the lower extremities (Iverson & Koehle, 2013; Shamshiri et al., 2021; Wah et al., 2021) 6. History of the severe neurological or psychiatric disease (Suvarnnato et al., 2019) 7. A Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) score > 30/63 (Wah et al., 2021) 8. A Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI) score > 30/100 (Wah et al., 2021) 9. Positive vertebro-basilar artery insufficient test (VBI test) (Suvarnnato et al., 2019) 10. Taking any sedative drug or alcohol within the past 48 hours (Wah et al., 2021)
