Inclusion criteria: Thai physicians who had physical and laboratory examination and underwent cardiovascular screening tests between February 14, 2022, to October 31, 2022. Had data of waist circumference (or body mass index; BMI), blood pressure, fasting blood sugar (FBS), triglycerides, and high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and
