Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who undergone total abdominal hystrectomy 2. Age 18-65 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who denied to participate. 2. Patient who has history of chemotherapy. 3. Patient who has neurological and spinal disease. 4. Patient who has urological problems. 5. Patient who has current urinary tract infection. 6. Patient who allergies to opioids, NSAIDs, or paracetamol. 7. Patient who recieved IV PCA. 8. Patient who will be removed urinary catheter between 22.00-06.00.
