Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Both male and female aged fourty five to eighty years old 2.Primary Knee osteoarthritis 3. Pain intensity in the affected knee by VAS of fourty mm on one hundred mm over seven days preceding enrollment 4. Grade 0ne to three Kellgren lawrence 5. Good Thai language communication 6. Willing to paticipate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Total knee replacement surgery history 2. Patient who had Thai traditional transdermal patch (YPDP) herbal allergies and diclofenac gel history 3. Open wound knee area 4. Comorbid : paralysis , parkinson ,osteoporosis 5. Unknown infectious disease
