20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy inactive males aged 20-40 years 2. classified as low physically active according to the International Physical Activity Questionnaire 3. BMI 18.5 - 22.9 kg/m2 4. Non smokers
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals presenting with musculoskeletal disorders within the previous six months 2. Other serious underlying diseases
