Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A male or female aged between 18 and 59 years old. 2. Being diagnosed with mild to moderate TBI caused by any accidents with the GCS between 9 and 14 scores by a physician. 3. Presenting of Rancho Los Amigos scale (RLAs) of cognitive level IV-VI evaluated by the researcher. At these levels, participants may still be confused. They are still confused but more awake and can respond to simple commands or follow simple 17 directions, but will need to be told what to do several times 4. Stable hemodynamics 5. The patient's condition is stable and has permission from the doctor in charge to participate in the project. 6. Stay home after being discharged not less than 6 weeks. 7. No history of TBI 8. No history of psychiatric problems, such as depression and anxiety. 9. Able to communicate in Thai language. 10. Willing to participate in all activities throughout the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a neurological disorder that affects consciousness and cognitive ability such as seizure, meningitis, brain tumor, Alzheimer's disease, or dementia. 2. Having a crisis symptom while participating in the program. 3. Need to re-admit while collecting data. 4. Stay in the hospital for less than 6 days
