Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sepsis 2. Conscious patient (Glasgow Coma Scale = E4V5M6) 3. Age >/= 18 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Septic shock 2. Wound at suprapubic 3. Retain Foley' catheter
