Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: adolescents aged 11-18 years old who have chronic illness at least 12 months have medication either oral form or injection form used routinely can read, write and understand Thai language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: deny or not ready to consent not complete questionnaire
