Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Head and neck cancer patients who have completed radiotherapy more than 1 month and within 3 months - Age 18 year or more - Complete dental treatment before study enrollment - Have at least 5 teeth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Incapable of dental evaluation due to limited mouth opening - Allergic to silver - Presence of oral mucositis - Received head and neck radiation more than 1 course - Using fluoride mouth rinse
