Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Displaced Femoral neck fracture (Pauwels classification type II, III) Able to walk with or without gait aid Surgery less than 2 weeks after injury
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unable to rehabilitate due to concomitant traumatic injury Active mental illness(psychiatric disorder) Active drugs or alcohol abuse Refused to study Pathologic fracture due to tumors, metastasis contralateral hip problem Previous hip surgery BMI > 40
