Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Healthy - age 40-70 - wrinkle on the dorsal hand at level 2 or higher, according to the Dorsal Hand Wrinkling Scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Female participants who are planning to conceive, currently pregnant, or breastfeeding. - Inflamed skin, psoriasis, vitiligo in active stage, sunburn, or other uncontrolled skin conditions in the laser treatment area, or poorly controlled active infections. - skin laser treatment or dermal filler injection in the area to be treated with lasers within 6 months. - Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatment or chemical peeling in the area to be treated with lasers within 4 weeks. - History of taking oral retinoid within 6 months. - History of allergic reactions to medications or components present in the HOWO ointment. - History of keloids or hypertrophic scars. - History of light-sensitive rashes or are taking photosensitive drugs.
