Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: healthy adults aged 20-40 years, All participants were recreationally active (more than or equal to 600 metabolic equivalents (MET)-min per week), They were nonsmokers and normotensive (< 140/90 mmHg). Participants were without any diseases such as known cardiac or medical conditions, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc. None of the participants used any medications that interfere with the cardiovascular system .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded if they were unable to fully participate in the study.
