Conditions

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III, aged 18-50 years 2. Elective cesarean section under regional anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Language barrier or inability to communicate with the operating team. 2. Allergy to local anesthetic, dexamethasone, ondansetron, metoclopramide and opioids 3. Patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension or glucose intolerance 4. Patients with history of PONV, motion sickness or instabilities disease 5. Patient who had received antiemetic medication before surgery 6. Patients with current smoking status
