Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: T2DM who had been diagnosed with DPN and exhibited signs and symptoms related to the foot

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a lower extremity fracture within the past six months, lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (DVT), foot deformity, neuroarthropathy, open wounds or contagious skin diseases on the leg and foot, alcohol dependence, undergoing chemotherapy, having an immune system disease, or scoring is less than or equal to 23 on the TMSE.
