Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Displaced Femoral Neck Fractures Undergoing Bipolar Hemiarthroplasty 2. Age more than 60 years old 3. BMI less than 35 kg/m2 4. Ambulatory without gaitaid

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple trauma 2. Previous hip fracture 3. Pathological fracture 4. History of thromboembolism 5. Allergy to Epinephrine and Bupivacaine
