Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) a grandparent aged not over 74 years with the primary caregiver of children in the child development center, 2) staying in the same house as children for at least 6 months, and 3) being able to communicate, read, and write in the Thai language.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) a caregiver aged 60 years or older with cognitive impairment screening by a Thai Mini-Cog assessment with a score of between 0-2 points, 2) a caregiver who is unable to perform child development activities are visually impaired without visual aids, hearing problems without hearing aids or muscle weakness that hinder movement which are assessed by discussion and asking about grandparent caregiver problem and try reading the text of the child development activities handbook aged 2-4 as part of the program, 3) a caregiver with mental health problems screening by the 2 questions depression screening (2Q) that found to be at risk or prone to depression and 4) a caregiver of children with disorders that hinder to promote child development such as intellectual disabilities, autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder that assessed by asking the teacher in the child development center.
