Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Intubated patients with spontaneous breathing age of 18 or greater in the intensive care units of the Faculty of Medicine Chiang Mai University.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received neuromuscular blocking agents. 2. Patients who have been diagnosed with pneumothorax or have subcutaneous emphysema. 3. Patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation or cardiac tamponade. 4. Pregnant patients. 5. Patients with increased intra-abdominal pressure (IAP >= 16). 6. Patients who have received vasopressors or inotropic agents. 7. Patients who have undergone open chest surgery.
