Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton pregnant women between 18+0 and 24+0 weeks of gestation who attend the routine ultrasound examination for fetal anomaly scan at the antenatal clinic of Srinagarind Hospital, Khon Kaen University (KKU), 2. Signed the informed consent forms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancy, 2. History of spontaneous preterm birth, 3. History of cervical conization or Mullerian anomaly, 4. Receive preterm birth prophylaxis treatment (progesterone, cervical cerclage or cervical pessary) before the routine second-trimester scan, 5. Labor pain, ongoing vaginal bleeding or amniotic fluid leakage detected before the routine second-trimester scan
