Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: SUI confirmed by one hour pad test Age 18 years old and more not pregnant or postpartum period Pelvic organ prolapse less than stage II by POP-Q examination no history of chronic diseases, such as kidney disease or neurological disease be able to communicate in Thai and use mobile application
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Inability to hold or contract the pelvic floor muscles The research participant withdrew from the research participation
