Inclusion criteria: 1. Resident/fellow in department of Ophthalmology, prince of Songkla University 2. Resident/fellow in department of Ophthalmology, Chiang Mai University 3. Resident/fellow in department of Ophthalmology, Khon Kaen University
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Doctor who cannot participate in the research until the end of the program
