Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Preterm infants GA < 32 weeks or birth weight < 1,500 grams, born at Siriraj hospital and born to the law authorizes parents of age not under 18-year-old to give informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Congenital anomaly or severe malformation e.g., trisomy 13, trisomy 18 or life threatening 2.Newborn infants with abnormal calcium, phosphorus and vitamin D metabolism e.g., Digeorge syndrome 3.Newborn infants with congenital pulmonary and airway abnormality e.g., TE fistula, congenital pulmonary airway malformation or congenital diaphragmatic hernia
