Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Rajavithi hospital healthcare personnel 18 years old or older 6 accumulative working hours welling for enrollment no dry eye disease or mild dry eye with no need of medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy or lactation other ocular disease such as retinal detacment contact lens use ocular surgery in previous 4 weeks ocular medication use such as glaucoma medication
