Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults (Age 15 to 80 years old) with primary indirect inguinal hernia 2. Hernia sac extended to supra-scrotal to high scrotal levels (patients straining while standing) 3. ASA I, II, or stable III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication for laparoscopic surgery; poor cardiopulmonary function or end-organ dysfunction, unstable ASA III or IV 2. History of abdominal surgery or laparoscopic surgery involves pelvic area. 3. Coagulopathy 4. Recurrent or bilateral hernia
