Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) having consent to participate in the study; (b) having work experience of at least six months; (c) not having experienced severe stress in the past month, such as the death of loved ones, divorce, or severe critical incidents; (d) having a bachelor's degree in nursing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the exclusion criteria were that they did not want to participate in the study for any reason and did not attend the workshop for more than two sessions
