Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. People with postural hyperkyphosis which had usual TKA of 40 degrees or greater and ability to straighten up the trunk to decrease their usual TKA by 5 degrees or more while standing, as measured by a flexible ruler.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with structural hyperkyphosis which had a usual TKA of 40 degrees or greater and inability to decrease their usual TKA by 5 degrees or inability to straighten their trunk while standing. 2. Inability to walk or use walking aids 3. Presentation of history of spinal fracture 4. Presentation of an arthritic disease 5. Presentation of serious medical conditions that would limit participation in the measurement or exercise program (including uncontrolled hypertension, cardiopulmonary disorder, vestibular disorder, neurologic disorder, or musculoskeletal disorder) 6.
