Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mediastinal lymphadenopathy in CT chest size more than 1 cm PET CT show mediastinal LN larger than 1 cm or SUV uptake more than 2.5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulopathy Deny participate in the study
