Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female patients. 2. Aged 18 years and above. 3. New patients receiving treatment at the Dermatology Institute, clinically diagnosed with keloid scars. Patients must have keloid scars no larger than 5 centimeters, amounting to two spots in the same area of the body. They should have received localized steroid injections at a concentration of 20 mg/ml in the scar area. 4. Must be able to read and communicate clearly in Thai.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of allergies to the treatment substances, namely steroids and sedatives. 2. Patients with conditions that contraindicate localized steroid injections, such as infections or inflammations at the site of injection. 3. Patients for whom localized steroid injections are contraindicated, such as patients taking anticoagulants, increasing the risk of bleeding disorders.
