Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18 or older, 2. Living in Saraburi, Thailand at least 1 year
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to perform spirometry or chest X-ray, 2. active respiratory infection or cardiac disease e.g. pulmonary TB, acute myocardial infarction
