Interventions

The experimental group inhale lychee soy wax candle for 20 minutes per session, 3 days a week, 4 weeks in total. ,The control group perform their normal activities of daily life.

20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 20-70 years, 2. no experience of using aromatherapy or soy was candles, 3. satisfied with the smell of lychee scent at level 2-4, 4. willing to participate the study, 5. able to read, write, and understand Thai language, 6. have a personal smartphone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. present with abnormality of smell, 2. present with history of perfume allergy and soy wax candle scent, 3. present with sinusitis, allergies, respiratory system disorders.
