Conditions

Women diagnosed with infertility underwent treatment with an assisted reproductive technology procedure, specifically in vitro fertilization (IVF) or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) with the indications for preimplantation genetic screening to screen for genetic abnormalities before the embryos were transferred day 5 blastocyst, day 6 blastocyst, transcriptomics, gene expression, implantation

Interventions

Blastocyst which developed to day 5 of life with normal chromosome result from PGT-A ,Blastocyst which developed to day 6 of life with normal chromosome result from PGT-A

Age
18 Years to 42 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women diagnosed with infertility underwent treatment using IVF or ICSI with indication to test for preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) to screen for genetic abnormalities before the embryos were transferred. 2. The women received ovarian stimulation using the GnRH antagonist protocol, which involved the administration of recombinant gonadotropins for ovarian stimulation and the use of a GnRH antagonist to suppress premature ovulation. They also received human chorionic gonadotropin or a GnRH agonist to trigger ovulation. 3. The women's age ranged from 18 to 42 years old. 4. The embryos reached the blastocyst stage and underwent PGT-A, which confirmed that they had a normal chromosomal count (euploidy: 46XX or 46XY).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with abnormalities in the uterine cavity, such as endometrial polyps or myomas with endometrial invasion, may experience impaired fertility and affect the pregnancy rate. 2. Women diagnosed with endometriosis or polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). 3. Body mass index (BMI) equal to or greater than 30 kg/m2
