Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18 years or older, 2. Living in Pathumthani at least 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to perform spirometry, 2. Active respiratory infection, 3. Active cardiac disease e.g. acute myocardial infarction
