bronchodilator nebulization via HFNC (1 LPM/kg of body weight),bronchodilator nebulization via jet nebulizer which is standard of care of asthma treatment.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: children with severe asthma exacerbation who has asthma score > 4 after initial treatment with asthma exacerbation protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: chronic lung disease, congenital heart disease, neurological deficit, craniofacial anomaly
