Inclusion criteria: 1. Head and neck cancer, 2. Receiving concurrent chemoradiation treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Skin diseases e.g. systemic sclerosis, cutaneous psoriasis, 2. History of allergy from aloe vera gel
